Our venues require substantial deposits to secure accommodation at the point of booking dates. In order to secure our dates throughout the year, we have had to book them all now as the venues are so popular. As such, we have had to adapt our own booking processes which we will explain below. The venues offer good quality and suit our needs admirably and we are grateful for your cooperation in embracing this new booking method with us.

• We need to implement a two part deposit system.
• In order to secure venues for the year, we need preliminary deposits of £50, for each course that you wish to attend, before the 10th September, 2018 for all 2019 courses
• The second portion of the deposit will be required two months before each course which would be £100 for a weekend course and £200 for the summer course.
• Preliminary deposits will only be returned if there are not enough people to run each course which we will know by the 10th of September.
• Please note: Full deposits are non-returnable except in exceptional circumstances. Due to the constrictions of the contract with the venues we can no longer be as flexible on this as we have in the past.
